On Sunday, January 24th, 2010, from 11:00 am to 11:00 pm there will be a benefit for Brian Flaherty at the Park Tavern in St. Louis Park (3401 Louisiana Avenue S) with a $10 suggested donation at the door (kids are free).

There will be free bowling and pizza from noon to 3:00 p.m., a silent auction until 6:00 pm, and a poker tournament beginning at 4:00 pm. If you are interested in playing in the poker tournament, RSVP to Mike Merwin for entry information. ($50 suggested donation to play poker for prizes) All of these events will help raise money for Brian’s cause.

We are asking for your help in making this benefit a success. If you have any items that you would like to donate for the silent auction and/or raffle, we would really appreciate it. We hope to have a silent auction / raffle for everything from signed sports memorabilia and event tickets to MP3 players and DVD players.

If you would like to make a donation to be used in the raffle / silent auction, we are collecting items at the St. Louis Park Police Department at 3015 Raleigh Ave. S., St. Louis Park, MN 55416.
